WARRANTY We stand behind all of our products are committed to supplying the highest quality outdoor furniture in the industry. On our Teak furniture, we offer a limited one- year warranty that the Teak furniture will be absent of defects and craftsmanship issues. On our Aluminum and Wicker Furniture, we offer a limited three- year warrant that the furniture will be free of defects and workmanship flaws.
RETURN POLICY If you receive merchandise that is defective, you must inform us within 48 hours of receipt so we can replace the item. We accept returns and exchanges on merchandise that has a manufacturers defect. In order to process a return:
You must provide photos of the merchandise and we will set up a time to exchange the merchandise.
You must provide documentation displaying proof of purchase
TERMS AND CONDITIONS The Oasis warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear of the furniture. Small cracks or splits in the wood are considered normal and do not qualify as a quality defect. Defects are imperfections in the furniture that impair the use of the furniture. This warranty only applies to the original owner and proof of purchase must be shown. Oasis reserves the right to repair or replace any piece that is covered by our warranty.
